Thank you to those explorers who came to my workshop ‘How to improve your gut health to perform better,’ which focused on equipping you with practical tips and strategies to eat your way to a healthier gut and mind. The essence of the session was about how food can help you live and perform at your best, giving you more energy, greater clarity, enhanced focus, increased productivity, and overall elevated mood - the answer is to learn how to optimise your gut microbiome.
With a blend of science and practical tips and strategies, we dived deep into the five things we want our body to do to optimise our gut health, which maximises how we feel, function, and perform each day.
